How much is shipping to countries outside the United States?
Add $1.00 for each product if the destination is located in Canada or Mexico. Add $2.00 for destinations in Europe or Asia. There is a $15.00 minimum on all overseas orders! This allows us to maintain our low pricing on all items. Also, don't forget to select the correct pricing for your region for each item you purchase - this will reduce delays to your order.

I haven't received my stuff yet! Should I get in touch with you?
Sure, send us an email to order@pitchforkny.com, but please provide as much information as possible (your name and when your order was placed, how you paid for it and especially mention what products you ordered!).

I don't feel comfortable paying over the internet. Can I order by mail?
Yes, you can! Simply print out one of our order forms here (printable order form in .gif format - right click on the link and select "Print Target").
Fill it out completely and mail it to the address below with a check or money order payable to "Pitchfork NY Hardwear":
